Return Process

  Carefully Repackage your TV bed in its original boxes, ensuring all hardware, cables, and remote controls are securely included to prevent damage during transit.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a specialized two-man furniture courier to collect the item from your home at a time that suits you.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned bed for completeness and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
